Job Description:
  • Implementation and customisation of Service Desk
  • Providing support and consulting to customers
  • Resolution of incidents related to Service Desk

An Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Have a university (or equivalent) degree in the area of informatics or similar (or be the last year student)
  • Have good programming skills with Perl, JAVA, PHP or other
  • Have knowledge of UML
  • Have good knowledge of Windows, Unix and/or Linux operating systems
  • Preferaly have knowledge of best IT service management practice, namely ITIL, MOF or CobIT
  • Be persistent, self-efficient and result-oriented
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be fluent in oral and written English and Lithuanian
  • Be able to take an active part in the teamwork
  • Preferably have work experience in programming or Service Desk implementation and/or customisation
