Job Description:
- Implementation and customisation of Service Desk
- Providing support and consulting to customers
- Resolution of incidents related to Service Desk
An Ideal Candidate Should:
- Have a university (or equivalent) degree in the area of informatics or similar (or be the last year student)
- Have good programming skills with Perl, JAVA, PHP or other
- Have knowledge of UML
- Have good knowledge of Windows, Unix and/or Linux operating systems
- Preferaly have knowledge of best IT service management practice, namely ITIL, MOF or CobIT
- Be persistent, self-efficient and result-oriented
- Have good communication skills
- Be fluent in oral and written English and Lithuanian
- Be able to take an active part in the teamwork
- Preferably have work experience in programming or Service Desk implementation and/or customisation
